'The whole point of yoga is to move your body & coordinate movement with breath.
We need not all have the same tree or down dog.' 


How to Sit and other fun things you can do on a Chair! (online or in-person) - Combination of chair and standing poses focused on breath, de-stress, neck and shoulder release and alignment.  This practice is full of ideas that can be incorporated into everyday life.  This workshop would fit well into a workplace team meeting, as a break during staff retreats or during wellness events. 5-60 mins. 

Accessible Group Chair Yoga (online, unlimited participants or in-person, 5-20 participants) - Combination of chair, mat and standing poses focused on self awareness and allowing breath to guide movement.  This class can be booked as a weekly package or one-time workshop.  30-60 min options.  

One-on-One or Small Private Group (online or in-person) - Mat or Chair Yoga in your home or backyard designed to meet your specific needs.  This class would also work well as part of a fundraiser event, cycling tour or retreat.  The sky is the limit!  Can be booked as an ongoing or on-time event.  45-90 min options. 

Special Focus Lymph Workshop (online) -  Combination of chair and standing poses that highlight the Lymph system.  Lymphedema is a result of cancer treatment for Hannah.  This workshop will focus on breathwork, light movement and provide ideas that you can use throughout your day.  This workshop is best fitted for support groups,  wellness events or part of a fundraiser.   Can be booked as an ongoing or one-time event.  30-60 min options.
